Year 1

Man on the Moon

Home Learning Project.

Dear Parents,

We have put together some worksheets and ideas for creative tasks that you can do with your child at home. You can read about the first man on the moon and your child can answer some questions afterwards. The answers are attached for you. There is also a footprint writing template for your child to write about what they think walking on the moon would be like. There is also a ‘10 things I would take in my space rocket’ sheet for the children to complete too.

Also, attached are some ideas of art and craft activities, relating to space travel, that you can do together.

Thank you for your continued support,

Year 1 Team.
