Schools out for Summer Disco - Thursday 18th July
Dear Parents and Carers,
We are delighted to announce our ‘Schools out for Summer Disco’ will be held on Thursday 18th
July. This will be a non-uniform day (£1) so that your child can wear what they would like to wear
to the disco. Please ensure shoes are practical for the school day (no sandals).
There will be a tuckshop available for years 1-6. Children will be responsible for their own money.
Entrance to the disco is £2 for Nursery to Reception and £3 for Years 1-6. This should be paid in
advance to your child's teacher in a named envelope by Wednesday 17th July.

2-2:30pm Nursery,
Preschool &
Reception
All children are welcome, if your child does not usually attend on a Thursday
drop off and pick up from the school office. Parents and carers are welcome to
attend.
2:30-3:30pm Years 1, 2 & 3 They are escorted to the disco by teachers then collected as usual at the end of
the day. If booked on after school club they will be collected by after school club
staff.
3:30-4:30pm Years 4,5 & 6 They are escorted to the disco by teachers then collected at the school office or
walk home as usual unless informed otherwise. If booked on after school club
they will be collected by after school club staff.
Phones will not be permitted at the event and will be handed back before the children go home.
